We want YOU to present at the 2025 IASIU Annual Conference!

IASIU is coming to Denver, CO, August 24-27 and we’re looking for your help in making this conference a success! The IASIU Annual Conference is recognized as the premier training program for investigators from the seasoned professional to the new SIU employee.

The IASIU Speaker Submission is now open and will remain open until February 5, 2025.

For those of you who are new to speaking or have never attended the IASIU Annual Conference before, have no fear – as long as you’re passionate and knowledgeable, you’ll be fine. We love first-time speakers and will provide a great deal of support as you get ready for the IASIU stage.

Submission Process:

When you click the “Create or Edit Submission” button, you’ll be required to fill out information about yourself, any co-presenters and about your presentation. Make sure you have the following information available (for you and co-presenters):

• Contact details
• Biography (1000 characters max)
• Head shot
• Presentation outline and description

Sessions/panels are limited to a total of three (3) speakers plus the moderator.

What to expect:
Your session proposal will be reviewed by the conference committee and selections will be made to ensure we have the best mix of valuable content for the IASIU Annual Conference of all experience levels. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to iasiuinfo@iasiu.org.

Additional Information:
IASIU does not provide compensation or cover travel or hotel expenses to speakers. You will be responsible for making your own flight and hotel arrangements.

A maximum of two (2) complimentary registrations will be provided per session, for speakers only.

Once your session has been selected for the Annual Conference, adding, or changing speakers must be approved by Conference Chair. Speakers not pre-approved will not be allowed to speak at the conference.
